About Doshii

Doshii is an API Platform which integrates point of sale (POS) systems with ordering, payment, loyalty and reservation Apps. The Platform allows real-time data exchange between Apps and POS.

Bars, restaurants, cafes and takeaways are these days using a huge variety of disconnected systems. Over 70k venues exist in the hospitality space alone and are struggling to manage, record and report on their data. Doshii is a marketplace which endeavours to fix this problem by connecting all of these disparate systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fast paced and growing Customer Success Team to provide our customers the support and guidance they need to get connected to a rapidly changing marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recording, triage and initial response to front-line support requests via email, phone and chat platforms.
  • Assisting on-boarding of venues across Australia and beyond
  • Updating and creating technical documentation to answer common customer queries
  • Assist in the initial investigation, debug and resolution of connectivity issues
  • Responding and resolving level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Basic functional user testing

About You

  • Brilliant communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrable excellence in delivering customer experience
  • Proven track record in identifying and resolving incidents proactively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, aggressive product delivery environment.
  • Ideally have some experience with ZenDesk
  • Desire to learn and work with the product and experience team to improve the Doshii experience


Are you ok with hours that shift?

  • The shifts range from 6:30am - 2:30pm, 9am - 5pm, and 12:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Monday - Friday and rotating weekend roster. With a maximum of 5 days per week.
  • Work from home when it works for you!
