This is a new role designed for an ambitious Digital Designer who can help shape the future of a new, digital native business.

Collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to define and optimise our Creative and Experience Strategy, you will apply your excellent communication skills and inventive mindset to help Unloan become a standout success in its space.

You’ll be responsible for delivering some of Unloan’s most important marketing. Primarily, you will implement the creative and experience strategy across the website and paid media channels to attract customers. You’ll also be Unloan’s subject matter expert to ensure other high-value assets (eg, email, SMS, BTL advertising) are aligned to brand values and tone, ultimately leading to industry-leading customer satisfaction. 

You have more than just an eye for detail. You are well versed in the highest quality work in design and you are at your best when the creative bar is set high.

Are you the perfect match? 

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role or in several multi-channel projects.
  • An impressive portfolio of creative in Web, Advertising and Mobile with the outcomes they’ve achieved (please include in your application).
  • Demonstrated experience and familiarity with digital design tools; Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ad Designer (with your application please include your tool kit)
  • Practical implementation of SEO concepts in design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and prioritise workload.
  • Curious and hands-on, always looking for ‘better’ with a bias to experimenting to find the right answer.
  • Experience working with Marketing and CX teams to create and execute visual assets for acquisition.
  • You have developed and produced high quality design and finished artwork for various advertising mediums
  • You can design and build EDMs
  • You’re a brand ambassador – maintaining brand and product assets in the image library
  • Experience in User Experience and User Interface Design for web an advantage
