Your impact and contribution

This is a role for an ambitious Growth Manager to assist with all areas of media and on-site experience within an innovative digital business. Your core competency will be developing, executing and optimising digital campaigns across established and emerging channels. You will drive the martech and analytics agenda within the broader team. Conversion rate optimisation of all programs will be a key priority.  

You will apply your technical skills and growth mindset to elevate Unloan to become the number one performer in its space.

Reporting to the CMO and supported by a team of expert marketers, you’ll be responsible for enabling and improving all areas of digital marketing. Hands-on experience in a wide variety of channels and systems is needed to assist however possible with a strategic approach in mind. These can include marketing automation platforms, paid search, social, and programmatic.

You have a knack for being able to engage our target market at point of comparison and lead them to the information and functionality they’re after, providing them with a great brand experience, even if they’re not ready to apply on the day.

As a data-driven digital marketer, you’ll love the opportunity to be supported by a talented team that values all aspects of digital marketing, with a simple product set you can focus on, as well as the chance to leverage some of the best technologies currently available.

You have:

  • Significant experience in digital marketing roles with demonstrable hands-on success in a large acquisition program.
  • Expertise running many tests on the advertising side, being able to document and demonstrate the value provided by changes.
  • Experience in the financial services (or other heavily regulated industry) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in managing channels such as unpaid search (SEO), paid search, direct communications, social and programmatic is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Google products, specifically Google Ads. Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and other platforms is advantageous.
  • Project management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and prioritise high impact activities.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experienced in budget management.
