Where do you fit in?

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, strategic thinker to join x15ventures and support our procurement transformation journey.

The x15 procurement process redesign project will be using customer-centric design thinking create enhanced, agile, scaleable procurement processes that enable x15 core team and its ventures to run at pace and scale, while achieving the same risk outcomes as the Group. 

Customer experience, streamlining and automation will be key to develop a framework and processes that significantly reduce current timeframes for supplier on-boarding, risk and payments.

Day to day you will:

  • Support the creation and delivery of the procurement redesign and the ongoing procurement operating model
  • Identify and execute improvement initiatives
  • Program Coordination and execution including performance tracking and reporting.

Are you a perfect match?

  • Strong procurement/supplier lifecycle knowledge & experience (onboarding, sourcing/contracting, governance, payments)
  • Strong understanding of supplier risk (Group policies, processes, frameworks)
  • Aptitude and experience in process transformation/re-design or consulting would be ideal
  • Exposure/experience in project planning & delivery would be ideal
  • Strategic problem-solving mind-set – can think outside the box
  • Proven ability to apply critical thinking/judgement and able to provide constructive feedback/challenge
  • You are a great communicator as well as customer and solution focused.
  • Stakeholder management/relationship building is a key strength

This role is based at South Eveleigh and the team work in a hybrid operating model with some time in the office when it adds value connecting with stakeholders and colleagues, and some time at working from home.
