Your Impact and contribution
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Senior UX/UI Designer who is obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are open to both full-time and contract applicants.

Reporting to the Head of Experience, you'll own the end-to-end design of our product – from research, wireframing and prototyping to building out our visual language, patterns, and styles. You will be a trusted advisor and work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions, push the boundaries and which customers love. We want someone with innate curiosity and the drive to make a difference, both in the way we work and the outcomes we create.

On any given week, you'll:

·         Design world class human-centred experiences for a variety of our digital assets and products.

·         Lead UX research, workshops, and user testing.

·         Understand customer and business problems to inform digital product design, including customer feedback and analytics.

·         Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas to the business and developers.

·         Plan and manage UX and design activity within project timelines and budgets.

·         Support scrum team delivery through active participation in Agile rituals.

·         On occasion, support marketing delivery activities.

Are you the perfect match?

  • 5+ years of UX and/or UI design experience – either at start-ups or established organisations.
  • You have exceptional UX and CX vision. You know what great customer experiences look and feel like and how to architect them.
  • You have a great understanding of cross-channel design and platform conventions. You're happy to show us the mobile and web apps in your portfolio.
  • You have strong UI design skills. You're happy getting hands-on with high-quality screens and prototypes in Figma. Design systems, components, grids, styles and typography are familiar friends.
  • You're a dynamic and creative personality who takes things seriously when needed; however, a strong drive to achieve commercial outcomes as quickly as possible.
  • You're a team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. You're effective at communicating your ideas and open to feedback.
